Full job descriptionTemporary Resident Assistant, Surrey

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Resident Host to join a residential client on a temporary basis.

You’d be the first point of contact for residents, making sure they’re looked after and that the front desk runs smoothly. It’s a small team, so this suits someone who’s confident, enjoys being busy and can manage a few things at once.

What you’d be doing
*Welcoming residents and visitors and helping with their questions


*Answering the phone and emails


*Managing deliveries and parcels


*Supporting the team with viewings, move-ins and resident events


*Keeping an eye on the building and reporting any issues


What we’re looking for
*Front-of-house or customer service experience, ideally from hospitality, hotels or residential property


*A warm, confident manner with people


*Good organisation and comfort with computer systems


*Reliability and availability to start soon


Hours
Monday to Friday daytime, with some Saturdays.
