Primarily remote, once a month travel to London
6 month initial contract, rolling extensions to follow

You’ll lead the team taking a brand-new heath service from pilot to national roll-out. People share their history online, the service works out relevant health risks, and the right people get screened sooner.
What you’ll do
*Lead delivery and roll-out of the service as it moves out of its test-and-learn pilot
*Make bold, evidence-led calls, and pivot fast when you learn something new
*Run the ceremonies that keep a multidisciplinary, iterative team moving
*Balance pace with clinical safety, so speed never comes at the patient’s expense
*Bring senior stakeholders with you as they design a national screening programme, with your service at its heart
What you’ll bring
*A track record leading agile delivery of live digital services
*Experience taking a service from pilot, alpha or beta to wider roll-out
*Confidence running ceremonies and helping teams work iteratively
*Diplomatic, decisive stakeholder management across several organisations
*Healthcare experience is a bonus, not a must: strong delivery leads from any sector, apply
