This is a brand-new and important role, giving you the chance to take ownership, drive change and help shape the future of a growing financial planning business.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Management Team and be a key part of the leadership team, with real scope to make a difference.
How can we do this better?
Your Team
You’ll lead and develop a team of:
*4 Paraplanners
*2 Support Staff
*Potential oversight of the Client Service Administration Manager
*External Paraplanning providers (as required)
*Working alongside Financial Advisers
You’ll be at the heart of improving collaboration, communication and workflow across the team.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and develop the Paraplanning team
*Improve Adviser / Paraplanner workflow
*Review processes and remove inefficiencies
*Introduce structure, consistency and accountability
*Drive operational efficiency
*Manage external providers
*Identify and implement technology and AI solutions
This is a hands-on role where your ideas will turn into real improvements.
Technology & AI
You’ll help the business get more from Advisory AI, with the potential to explore Microsoft Copilot and other tools.

Location & Working
Taunton, Somerset
*Modern, new office environment
*Generally 1–2 days per week in the office
*Flexible working the rest of the week
Initially, you’ll spend more time in Taunton to get to know the team, systems and processes.
