Full job descriptionOur client, an award-winning bank and provider of consumer finance, has an immediate opening for an Interim Head of Complaints.
Working on a hybrid basis, the Interim Head of Complaints will be responsible for,
*Successful delivery of complaints operational standards including culture and service
*Ensuring the operation delivers excellent customer outcomes aligned to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory requirements
*Maintenance of quality standards
*Effective capacity and resource planning aligned to demand forecast
The successful applicant will demonstrate
*A proven track record of leading high performing complaints functions within FCA regulated businesses
*Excellent knowledge of consumer lending products and the associated FCA regulatory requirements
*In-depth knowledge of DISP, CONC and COBs complaint handling standards
*Strong leadership and senior stakeholder management experience.
