Full job descriptionA London market Insurer requires an analytically minded individual with a background in consumer duty or product oversight to join their growing team.

You will be required to actively assist first line oversight of delegated complaints handling, escalations and customer value measures. You will also support first line underwriting with complaints administration, target market statements and identify common trends and root causes.

The successful individual will have previous experience within a complaints or customer administration role, have gained exposure to UK personal lines business or SME insurance and be keen to progress their career with a City based Global insurer.
