UK Challenger Bank based in Basingstoke focusing on Savings/Deposits, Property Finance, Retail Finance and Specialist Lending.
Description
*Applicants should have experience working within a UK regulated financial services environment and demonstrate strong Compliance Advisory.
*Provide practical Compliance advice and constructive challenge across the Bank’s consumer credit, mortgage and banking activities, including deposits and ISAs.
*Be a key point of contact for advisory queries on Consumer Duty, conduct risk, product governance, complaints, customer communications and financial promotions.
*Review and challenge policies, procedures, customer journeys, scripts and operational processes, with a clear focus on fair customer outcomes.
*Review and approve financial promotions, ensuring they are clear, fair, not misleading and aligned with relevant regulatory requirements.
Profile
A successful ’Compliance Advisory Manager’ should have:
*Applicants should have experience working within a UK regulated financial services environment and demonstrate strong Compliance Advisory experience.
*Experience in a UK regulated financial services environment, ideally including consumer credit, mortgages, banking, deposits or ISAs.
*Compliance, risk, audit or assurance experience, with the confidence to provide practical advice and constructive challenge.
*Experience supporting business change, transformation, regulatory implementation or project activity from a Compliance or assurance perspective.
Job Offer
*Permanent Compliance Advisory Manager position based in Basingstoke.
*Salary of up to £65,000 dependent on the level of experience.
