Day-to-day of the role:
*Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or post.
*Listen attentively to understand and resolve customer enquiries with care and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
*Basic IT proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
