JSS are partnering with a complex, multi-entity organisation undergoing a significant corporate restructuring programme. As part of this transformation, the business requires an experienced interim finance professional to lead its first UK group consolidation process while supporting a concurrent debt refinancing project. This is a highly visible assignment offering the opportunity to work closely with senior finance leadership and play a key role in establishing a new group reporting framework.


Key Responsibilities
*Lead the preparation and delivery of group consolidations across multiple UK entities.
*Manage intercompany reconciliations and consolidation adjustments.
*Support the production of consolidated financial statements and group reporting packs.
*Establish robust reporting processes, controls and governance frameworks.
*Assist with statutory reporting and audit requirements.
*Support debt refinancing activities and lender due diligence requests.
*Prepare financial analysis and reporting materials for senior stakeholders.
*Liaise with finance teams, auditors, advisers and group-level stakeholders.
*Drive project delivery to challenging timescales with minimal supervision.


About You
*ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.
*Extensive experience within group accounting, consolidations or technical accounting roles.
*Strong understanding of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
*Proven experience producing consolidated accounts across complex group structures.
*Ability to operate independently within a project-based environment.
*Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and managing competing priorities.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Previous exposure to refinancing, due diligence or corporate transactions would be advantageous.
