Description
As the NetSuite Billing Accountant, you will be responsible for:
*Manage day-to-day billing activity in NetSuite to keep invoices accurate and issued on time.
*Prepare and process customer invoices, ensuring billing details are complete and clearly recorded.
*Review billing information and resolve data queries to reduce errors before invoices are issued.
*Maintain accurate billing records in NetSuite, providing a reliable view of invoicing activity.
*Work with colleagues to gather the information needed to complete billing tasks efficiently.
*Investigate invoice queries and make appropriate updates to billing records.
*Monitor billing activity and highlight issues that could affect the timely completion of invoices.
*Support the Accounting & Finance team with clear billing information and routine reporting.
