Key requirements*HLTA status (or equivalent level 4 qualification / recognised teaching qualification).

*Demonstrable UK classroom experience covering whole classes across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.

*Confident behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain high engagement levels.

*Experience delivering tailored intervention sessions in literacy and numeracy.

*A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to complete a new check through Randstad).
