Full job descriptionHead of Operations / Operations Manager - this premium consumer goods technology brand has grown to the stage where it is looking to recruit a full time Head of Operations / Operations Manager - a key role in the next stage of its continuing growth.
You should be experienced in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain and Workflow and be looking for a new and exciting opportunity.
Ideally you will have a strategic D2C background together with experience supplying consumer goods to the UK retail sector.
This Head of Operations / Operations Manager role will include:
*Oversee relationships with international 3PL partners, ensuring quality order fulfilment and inventory management
*Manage customs, clearance and compliance issues, liaising with suppliers, shipping and freight forwarding operators in the Far East
*Constant development of workflow and operating procedures, implementing a transition to the Shopify web platform
*Oversee the relationship between customer support, supply chain and retail partners to ensure operations meets the company’s commercial objectives
*Provide margin analysis and management information using advanced spreadsheets and business intelligence tools to aid decision-making
You will be an analytical and systems-driven Operations professional from a fast-paced D2C Ecommerce background, seeking an exciting high profile extremely rewarding role in a small fast-growing business.
