*Polish newly painted panels to remove dirt inclusions and ensure the finish matches the original factory standard.
*Identify and remove scratches, carrying out minor paintwork corrections to achieve a high-quality finish.
*Complete all company documentation accurately and ensure all procedures and quality standards are consistently followed.
*Plan and manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines and maintain an efficient workshop environment.
*Provide guidance, support and training to new team members when required.
*Work independently, taking responsibility for the quality and standard of all work carried out.
*Support and share technical knowledge with junior technicians to help develop their skills and expertise.

*Previous experience in a similar polishing or automotive paint correction role is essential.
*A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
*A genuine passion for the motor industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.
*Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to achieve consistently high-quality finishes in line with customer expectations.
*The ability to work independently, use initiative and make sound decisions when required.
*A positive, team-focused attitude, with a willingness to support, mentor and assist junior technicians.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
