What we’re looking for in a Commercial Property Solicitor:
*Experience in Commercial Property Law
*Knowledge and understanding of SRA Accounts Rules, the SRA Handbook and Outcome Focused Regulations.
*Good knowledge of all aspects of the law and rules/regulations
*Proven experience working in a Solicitors office, managing own caseload.
*The ability to establish and build good client relationships.
*Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
*The ability to absorb information from people and documents swiftly
*Excellent IT skills.
*An aptitude for dealing with members of the public, official bodies and owner-managed businesses courteously and confidently
*Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
