As Head of Modern Workplace, you’ll take ownership of the Modern Workplace function, leading a team of specialists responsible for delivering and improving Microsoft business applications and productivity solutions. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop technology roadmaps and drive the adoption of emerging Microsoft technologies, including AI and Copilot.
You’ll balance strategic leadership with a strong understanding of the technical landscape, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with wider business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, develop and mentor a team of Microsoft technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and technical excellence.
*Define and deliver the Modern Workplace strategy, aligning Microsoft technology investments with business objectives and long-term digital transformation plans.
*Oversee the development and implementation of solutions across Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
*Provide leadership across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), supporting CRM strategy, solution delivery, integrations and ongoing platform optimisation.
*Drive the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, automate processes and enhance business operations.
Key Skills & Experience
*Proven experience in a Head of Modern Workplace, Head of Business Applications, Microsoft Practice Lead, Power Platform Lead or similar senior technology leadership role.
*Demonstrable experience leading, developing and scaling technical teams within the Microsoft ecosystem.
*Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and ideally Copilot Studio.
*Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including CRM implementations, customisation, integrations and platform strategy.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, generative AI and AI-driven business solutions, with an understanding of how these technologies can deliver measurable business value.
