Talent Guardian are delighted to announce we are recruiting for a temporary Night Shift Dispatch Operative on behalf of our client based in Park Royal, London.

Pay: From £12.80 per hour
Duration: Temporary on-going contract
Hours: 9:00pm - 6:40am
Shift Pattern: Sunday night to Thursday night
Location: Park Royal, London

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable working in chilled conditions.

Key Responsibilities
*Weighing and packaging fresh and frozen food products.
*Working in a chilled environment for approximately 70% of your shift.
*Carrying out quality control checks, including checking the size, weight and presentation of finished products.
*Ensuring products are packaged accurately and meet quality standards.
*Maintaining a clean, safe and organised production environment.
*Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
*Supporting the wider production and dispatch team to ensure orders are completed efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in food production, packing, warehousing or dispatch would be beneficial.
*Basic computer skills.
*Good spoken English to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
*Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.
*Comfortable working in chilled conditions for extended periods.
*Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications
The following qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential:
*Level 2 Food Safety and Food Hygiene.
*HACCP awareness or knowledge of food safety procedures.
Working Hours & Pay
*Pay: From £12.80 per hour.
*Shift: 9:00pm - 6:40am.
*Days: Sunday night through to Thursday night.
*Friday and Saturday nights off.
