Salesforce CRM Consultant
£45,000–£50,000 | Central London | Hybrid Working | Permanent

We are working with a growing technology consultancy specialising in CRM, data and business systems improvement, helping clients make better use of their technology and drive meaningful operational improvements.

As the business continues to expand, they are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Consultant to join their collaborative consulting team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys more than just the technical side of CRM. You’ll be working directly with clients, understanding their challenges, challenging existing processes and identifying opportunities to improve how they use their systems and data.

The role

*Advise clients on CRM improvements, optimisation and system development, helping them make better use of their systems and data.
*Lead and support projects covering requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and implementation.
*Review business processes, identify improvements and recommend practical technical solutions.
*Translate technical requirements into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
*Support CRM integrations, data improvement projects, reporting and user training.
*Manage multiple client engagements, building strong relationships and delivering measurable value.

What we are looking for

*Strong Salesforce experience, including administration, configuration, optimisation or implementation.
*Good understanding of CRM systems, data management and business processes.
*Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
*Confidence engaging with stakeholders and explaining technical concepts clearly.
*A proactive, inquisitive approach, with the ability to challenge thinking and suggest improvements.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Experience of other CRM platforms would be advantageous, as would previous consultancy or not-for-profit sector experience.

What’s on offer?

*Salary: £45,000–£50,000.
*Location: Central London – four office days per week during probation, reducing to two office days per week thereafter.
*Benefits: 25 days’ holiday, pension, healthcare and additional employee benefits.
*Career progression: Formal training, professional development and opportunities to progress into more complex projects or functional leadership.

You will be joining a supportive, growing business where your ideas and expertise will be valued, with the opportunity to make a genuine difference to organisations doing important work.
