An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Lawyer to join a highly regarded and growing commercial law firm with a strong presence across the UK.
This is a chance to become part of a busy and collaborative Real Estate team that advises an impressive client base including property investors, funds, asset managers, developers, public sector organisations and occupiers. You’ll work on high-value transactions across the full asset lifecycle, from acquisitions and disposals through to development and asset management matters.
The Role
You will:
*Manage a broad range of real estate investment and development transactions
*Advise investors, property companies and developers on complex property matters
*Handle landlord and tenant work as part of a varied caseload
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Support business development initiatives and help grow the team’s market presence
*Supervise and mentor junior team members where appropriate
*Work closely with experienced lawyers on high-quality, nationally recognised work
What They’re Looking For
*Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
*Ideally 1+ years’ PQE within Real Estate, although strong candidates outside this range will be considered
*Experience handling real estate investment transactions
*Knowledge of landlord & tenant matters
*Strong technical ability combined with commercial awareness
*Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
*A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to the wider success of the team
