This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Picker, Warehouse Assistant or Distribution Operative.
Shifts
Working five days out of seven, with the following shifts available:
*Day Shift: 07:00 – 15:00
*Afternoon Shift: 15:00 – 23:00
*Night Shift: 23:00 – 07:00
*Candidates must be able to travel reliably to Crick, NN6
Rates of Pay
*Day Shift: £13.12 per hour
*Day Shift Overtime: £17.05 per hour
*Afternoon Shift: £14.77 per hour
*Afternoon Shift Overtime: £18.70 per hour
*Night Shift: £15.32 per hour
*Night Shift Overtime: £19.25 per hour
*Enhanced overtime rates apply after 37.5 hours worked

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
*Picking and packing stock accurately and efficiently
*Processing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
*Scanning and labelling items correctly
*Loading and unloading vehicles safely
*Handling returns and maintaining stock accuracy
*Carrying out general warehouse duties
*Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
*Following all health and safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
*No previous warehouse experience required
*Basic spoken and written English
*Willingness to learn new skills and complete training
*Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
*A positive and proactive approach to work
*Ability to travel reliably to Crick for your allocated shifts
Desirable Experience
*Previous experience in picking, packing, warehouse or logistics environments
*Experience using handheld scanners or similar warehouse technology
Training Provided
*Full training provided – no previous warehouse experience necessary
*Ongoing development support throughout your assignment
