The roleAs a Community Care Worker, you’ll support individuals with their daily living needs, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing in the comfort of their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
*Supporting personal care and daily routines
*Assisting with meals and hydration
*Providing companionship and emotional support
*Following individual care plans
*Promoting dignity, respect and choice at all times
What we’re looking for*Previous care experience is desirable
*A caring, patient and compassionate approach
*Reliability and a professional attitude
*Good communication skills
*A commitment to providing person-centred care
*An enhanced DBS and relevant training, where required for the assignment
A driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required for community assignments involving travel between service users.
