Full job descriptionAn established London Market Insurance player is looking to hire a Project Manager to join their growing Operational Change team. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering multiple change initiatives across the business. You will build strong relationships across Change, Technology, Operational teams and third parties, translating business needs into practical delivery plans and sustainable outcomes.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
*London Market / Lloyd’s Insurance experience is essential
*Have an understanding of business processes, data, technology and operational dependencies within an insurance environment
*Have end-to-end project delivery experience
*Have knowledge of project governance, reporting and financial management.
*Have a strong stakeholder management skills
*Have an understanding of benefits realisation and performance measurement.
*Have experience of user acceptance testing, implementation, cutover and transition to business as usual.
*Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
*Have a project management qualification, such as PRINCE2.
