As a Fitness Consultant, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests, providing expert guidance, motivation, and support in a vibrant and welcoming environment.

Whether you’re helping someone take their first step on their fitness journey or supporting a regular gym user to achieve their next personal best, you’ll be there to make a real difference every day.
What you’ll bring

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who is passionate about health and fitness.

You’ll have:

A minimum Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (essential)

A genuine passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing

Excellent communication and people skills

A positive, motivating approach

A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
What you’ll be doing

Living our "Yes, We Can" philosophy, you’ll:

Create memorable experiences for every member and guest

Design personalised fitness programmes tailored to individual goals

Deliver motivating training sessions that inspire and engage

Provide professional fitness advice and support

Maintain exceptional standards of safety and customer care

Help create a friendly, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere within the gym
