We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a respected charity on a temporary 4-week assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who can provide hands-on support across a range of HR activities during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR matters
*Supporting employee relations cases, including absence, performance and disciplinary issues
*Supporting a HR project and attendance in meetings - with follow up correspondance
*Assisting with HR administration and documentation a
*Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
About You:
*Previous experience in an HR Advisor role
*Strong employee relations knowledge
*CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred
*Able to work independently and hit the ground running
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
Contract: Temporary, circa 4 weeks
