Our client, a well-established Legal 500 law firm, is looking for a Property Litigation/Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Litigation team in Maidenhead.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in property disputes, landlord and tenant litigation or commercial disputes to develop their career within a supportive team handling a varied caseload.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of contentious property and commercial litigation matters, including:
*Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
*Lease disputes and lease extensions
*Residential possession proceedings
*Lease forfeiture
*Dilapidations claims
*Service charge disputes
*Breach of contract claims
*Director and shareholder disputes
*General commercial and business disputes
You will manage your own matters with appropriate support from experienced colleagues, developing your expertise across property litigation and commercial dispute resolution.
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE
*Experience in property litigation, commercial litigation or landlord and tenant disputes
*Strong drafting, negotiation and case management skills
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and career development
