Are you a Civil Engineer or similar from a background in a consultancy looking for a role where you will be the go-to person in a specialist in highways and drainage design company where you will receive full support to achieve chartership through in-house training and mentorship?
This company is an established, independent engineering consultancy specialising in civil, structural, geotechnical and environmental engineering, delivering projects across sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare and infrastructure. With offices across the UK, they work on a diverse range of developments, providing innovative, practical engineering solutions while investing in their people, technology and long-term growth.
In this role, you will work on a range of civil engineering projects, undertaking detailed highways and drainage design, producing technical reports and carrying out site feasibility assessments. Working closely with clients, local authorities and senior engineers, you will manage your own projects from design through to delivery, gaining exposure to varied commercial, residential and industrial developments while benefiting from hybrid working and clear opportunities for career progression.
This role would suit a Civil Engineer from a consultancy background looking to take ownership of highways and drainage projects, becoming a key member of the team while receiving full support towards chartership through specialist training, mentorship and clear career progression.
The Role:
*Highway and drainage design, producing technical reports
*Carrying out site assessments
*Working closely with chartered engineers
The Person:
*Civil Engineer or similar
*Background in a consultancy, using Civils3D or Site3D
*Full UK drivers license
*Commutable to Birmingham
