Pertemps Banbury are recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Packers for the busy peak period with guaranteed work through to the end of the year.


The role
You’ll carry out warehouse duties including:
*Picking orders accurately against order sheets.
*Matching product codes and checking quantities.
*Carefully packing jewellery and preparing orders for dispatch.
*Checking products and packaging for damage or presentation issues.
*Keeping your work area clean and organised.


What we’re looking for
*Excellent communication skills.
*The ability to read and write in English, follow written instructions and understand order sheets.
*Good basic numeracy and strong attention to detail.
*A reliable approach and care when handling small items.
*Availability to work the fixed afternoon shift, Monday to Friday.
*No holidays booked for the run up to Christmas


Hours and assignment
*Fixed hours of either 06:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00 Monday to Friday.
*37.5 paid hours per week, with a 30 minute unpaid break each day.
*Some Saturday overtime available during busier periods.
*Starts available throughout the peak recruitment period.
*Work guaranteed through to the end of December 2026, with possible extensions into 2027.
