Full job descriptionMy client is looking for a detail-oriented Global Reward Analyst
to join a growing Reward team. Reporting to the Global Reward
Specialist, you will support reward activities including benefits
management, salary analysis, benchmarking and annual salary and
bonus processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Support annual benefits renewals and manage employee benefits
queries.
* Prepare monthly reports, salary analysis and reward-related
documentation.
* Support annual salary reviews and bonus processes.
* Liaise with external benefits providers to resolve queries.
* Manage shared inboxes, requisitions and invoices.
* Support audits, data requests and reward policy updates.
* Maintain accurate records and handle confidential employee
information appropriately.

About You

* Experience in Reward, HR, HR Analytics or Compensation &
Benefits.
* Strong numerical, analytical and Excel skills, including
formulas and pivot tables.
* Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with large
datasets.
* Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management
skills.
* A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing
deadlines.
* Familiarity with HR, payroll or benefits systems would be
advantageous.
