Location - Finchley Central
Salary - £25,000 - £30,000, Plus Commission (OTE £45,000 - £50,000)
Car Allowance provided depending on experience
Hours - 5 Day week
Driver’s licence and own car required
2- 3 Years experience required

They are now seeking an ambitious and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Finchley.

Skills
*Manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in.
*Generate new business and secure new landlord instructions.
*Conduct property appraisals and provide accurate rental valuations.
*Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
*Register and qualify applicants, understanding their requirements and budgets.
*Negotiate rental offers and agree terms between landlords and tenants.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
*Follow up enquiries, viewings and offers to maximise conversion.
*Ensure properties are marketed effectively across property portals and social media.
*Progress applications and liaise with referencing and administration teams.
*Maintain accurate records using CRM and property management systems.
*Ensure all lettings comply with relevant legislation and company procedures.
*Handle enquiries, objections and complaints professionally.
*Monitor local rental market trends and competitor activity.
*Achieve and exceed lettings targets and branch revenue goals.
*Support and mentor junior members of the lettings team where required.
Key Requirements
*2- 3 Years experience required for this role
*Proven experience in property valuations and residential lettings.
*Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
*Strong understanding of the local property market
*Self-motivated, proactive, and target driven.
*Ability to generate new business and close deals effectively.
*Full UK driving licence and own car
*Proficiency in using property software
