This is a brand new permanent vacancy joining a leading property company, with an excellent reputation throughout Tunbridge Wells and across Kent, working on high-quality residential property lettings and management.
Based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells– you will be a key part of a growing team, supported to build a long-term career.
Day-to-day, you will take on a busy and varied role working alongside the Lettings Manager, tasked with delivering elite-level service to landlords and tenants throughout lettings processes, and maximising occupancy levels.
Duties may range from:
*Managing landlord and tenant enquiries by phone, email and in person.
*Registering applicants, qualifying requirements and providing expert advice.
*Conducting viewings and rental valuations.
*Marketing properties and generating new business opportunities.
*Matching applicants to suitable properties and negotiating offers.
*Progressing lets from enquiry through to move-in.
*Preparing tenancy documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
*Maintaining strong client relationships and accurate CRM records.
