As we head into the busiest retail season of the year, we’re recruiting confident, engaging and sales-driven Fragrance Consultants and Beauty Counter Consultants to represent leading brands across Boots stores and other premium retail environments.
We have exciting opportunities available throughout November and December, with the potential for further assignments across fragrance, makeup and skincare brands in 2027.

The Roles
Retail Assistant / Fragrance Consultants
You’ll bring fragrance brands to life on the shop floor, engaging customers, sharing your product knowledge and creating memorable shopping experiences that drive sales.
We’re looking for confident, proactive individuals who love connecting with customers and have a passion for fragrance. Previous fragrance or retail sales experience is desirable, but not essential.
Retail Assistant / Beauty Counter Consultants
You’ll represent premium beauty brands on their retail counters, delivering expert product advice, personalised consultations and exceptional customer service across fragrance, makeup and skincare.
For these roles, previous experience in makeup and skincare is essential, alongside strong fragrance knowledge and a proven ability to deliver sales in a retail environment.
Retail Assistant - What You’ll Be Doing
*Proactively approach and engage customers, building rapport and identifying their needs.
*Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and memorable brand experiences.
*Confidently demonstrate products, communicate key benefits and make tailored recommendations.
*Drive sales, work towards individual targets and maximise opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
*Develop and maintain strong brand and product knowledge through training and briefing.
*Represent our clients professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation, service and counter excellence.
*Work collaboratively with store teams to support a successful retail environment.
Retail Assistant - What We’re Looking For
*Confident, outgoing personalities with a natural flair for sales.
*A genuine passion for fragrance, beauty and premium retail.
*Excellent communication, customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
*A proactive, commercially focused approach with the confidence to approach customers.
*Reliability, professionalism and a positive team spirit.
*For Fragrance Consultants: Previous fragrance or retail sales experience is desirable.
*For Beauty Counter Consultants: Previous makeup and skincare experience is essential, together with fragrance knowledge and strong retail sales skills.
