We are working with a well-established property and housing maintenance organisation delivering essential repairs and maintenance services across East London. Due to increased demand, we are looking to appoint a number of skilled tradespeople and engineers to join the team.
Available Positions*Carpentry Multi-Trade Operatives (3 vacancies available)
*Plumbing Multi-Trade Operatives (3 vacancies available)
*Bricklayers (2 vacancies available)
*Electricians (2 vacancies available)
*Gas Engineers (2 vacancies available)
What You’ll Be Doing*Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works within residential properties.
*Delivering high-quality workmanship across a variety of domestic repairs.
*Working independently and as part of a wider maintenance team.
*Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to customer satisfaction standards.
*Maintaining accurate records of work completed.
About You*Qualified and experienced within your relevant trade.
*Previous experience within social housing, housing maintenance or property services is highly desirable.
*Multi-trade experience would be advantageous.
*Apprentices with relevant social housing experience are encouraged to apply.
*Strong customer service and communication skills.
*Full UK driving licence required.

*36-hour working week.
*Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:12pm.
*Work located across the Barking & Dagenham area.
