Skelmersdale Dairy | Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm


Are you passionate about quality, compliance and continuous improvement?
We’re recruiting for a Technical Coordinator at our Skelmersdale Dairy. This role will support the governance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensure the delivery of high-quality products whilst driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across site.


What you’ll be doing
*Supporting and improving the site’s Quality Management System.
*Leading internal and external audit activities.
*Monitoring quality performance and managing key reports.
*Supporting problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
*Building strong relationships with operational teams, customers and suppliers.
*Driving compliance with food safety and quality standards.
What you’ll bring
*Strong communication and influencing skills.
*Experience with BRC audits and retailer standards.
*HACCP Level 3 minimum (Level 4 preferred).
*Advanced Food Hygiene qualification.
*Knowledge of microbiology and food manufacturing.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
*Dairy industry experience is highly desirable.
