* Design and deliver on-the-job training to develop team skills and improve performance.
* Coordinate stock cycle counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
* Oversee WEEE recycling activities and ensure waste is managed appropriately.
* Maintain excellent standards of health and safety, cleanliness and housekeeping.
* Operate mechanical handling equipment and waste compacting equipment in line with training and site procedures.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong organisational skills with a practical, hands-on approach to warehouse leadership.
You will ideally have:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team effectively.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
* The ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and high standards.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to stock accuracy.
* A proactive mindset, with an interest in continuous improvement.
* A strong commitment to health, safety and customer service.
