Near Acle, Norfolk
Hybrid working - 3 days on site, 2 home.
9-5pm Monday to Friday

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong collections experience and a customer-focused approach.

The role:
*Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and collecting outstanding debt.
*Chasing overdue payments via phone, email and written correspondence.
*Monitoring aged debt and escalating high-risk accounts where required.
*Posting and allocating incoming payments.
*Reconciling customer accounts and resolving payment discrepancies.
*Handling customer queries and maintaining accurate account records.
*Sending statements, reminders and payment links.
*Working with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues.
About You:*Previous experience in a Credit Control position.
*Strong debt collection and negotiation skills.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Good attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
*Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
