An established and growing law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and supportive conveyancing team.

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, shared ownership and new-build transactions.

Requirements:
*Experience in residential conveyancing (PQE)
*Strong knowledge of residential property law and CQS
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Ability to manage a caseload independently and work effectively under pressure
