Full job descriptionContract Proposals Manager - 6 MonthsAn established global professional services firm is seeking a proactive Contract Proposals Manager to join its Global Proposals Team on a delivery-focused basis.
The role will independently manage smaller cross-practice, cross-jurisdiction pitches and proposals, while providing hands-on support for larger, complex bids and overflow work during peak periods.
Key responsibilities
*Manage proposals end-to-end, from initial brief to final submission.

*Review RFPs, RFIs and tender requirements to ensure compliant, tailored responses.

*Coordinate input from partners, lawyers and Business Development teams.

*Draft and edit compelling proposal content, credentials, team profiles and client responses.

*Liaise with Pricing teams on proposal pricing.

*Manage deadlines, reviews, approvals and production of polished pitch documents.

*Support complex pitches, practice group proposals and wider team priorities.

The ideal candidate
*Has proposals, bids or business development experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.

*Understands the full pitch and proposal lifecycle.

*Is an excellent writer and editor with exceptional attention to detail.

*Combines strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing deadlines.

*Is confident engaging senior stakeholders and coordinating multiple contributors.

*Takes a proactive, flexible and collaborative approach.
