Your New Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Data &
Insights Advisor to join a well-established organisation on a
temporary basis. Working within the People Team, you will produce
regular and ad hoc reports using Business Objects, iTrent and
Excel, providing accurate data and meaningful insights to support
workforce planning and people-related decision-making. You will
also help improve reporting processes, maintain data quality and
ensure information is presented clearly and consistently.

Ensuring Your Success

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience
producing and maintaining reports using Business Objects and
iTrent, alongside strong Excel skills and excellent attention to
detail. You will be confident working with HR or workforce data,
validating reports, investigating discrepancies and translating
findings into clear insights for stakeholders. Strong analytical,
organisational and communication skills are essential, while
experience with Power BI or other visualisation tools would be
beneficial.
