What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing a varied caseload of Employment Tribunal litigation, predominantly claimant matters
*Advising on executive exits, settlement agreements and wider employment issues
*Supporting the Corporate and Commercial team with employment-related matters
*Working closely with an experienced Partner and contributing to the team’s continued growth
The ideal Candidate
*Qualified Employment Solicitor, ideally with 4+ years’ PQE
*Strong Employment Tribunal litigation experience
*Experience advising employers or handling respondent matters would be advantageous
*Confident managing your own caseload with excellent client care skills
*Commercially minded, proactive and keen to develop your career
