About the Role
An established, multi-service law firm is seeking an all-round Family Solicitor to join its growing team in Hammersmith. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to develop their career within a supportive and expanding family law department.
Areas of Experience
The successful candidate will have experience in a range of family and childcare matters, including:
*Care proceedings
*Private law children matters
*Domestic abuse, non-molestation and occupation orders
*Divorce and financial matters
*Unmarried couples and cohabitation disputes
*General family law matters
Candidate Requirements
*Ideally 3+ years’ PQE
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Confidence and willingness to undertake own advocacy.
*Understanding of legal aid and experience handling privately funded matters.
*Ability to generate work and develop new business.
*Willingness to work towards relevant panel accreditation.
*Strong networking, communication and client care skills.
*Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work to deadlines.
