Full job descriptionClinical Negligence Solicitor/Legal Executive

An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its specialist claimant team.

Your role will involve managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, including litigated matters, meeting clients and witnesses, attending court hearings, liaising with barristers and medical experts, drafting legal documents, valuing claims and negotiating settlements.

Requirements
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical negligence
*Experience handling both litigated and pre-litigated claims
*Proven billing history and experience with high-value claims
*Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills
*A proactive approach and ability to work in a target-driven environment
