This is a varied role where you’ll partner with managers to drive recruitment activity while ensuring HR best practice is maintained across the employee lifecycle.

Description
*Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of business functions
*Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and attraction strategies
*Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the interview process
*Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues
*Support managers with employment law and HR best practice
*Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires
*Maintain and update HR records and recruitment systems
*Produce recruitment and HR reports for management teams
*Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
*Assist with policy reviews and implementation
*Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company procedures
*Support wider HR projects and people-focused initiatives
Profile
A successful ’Employee Relations And Recruitment Advisor’ should have:


*Previous experience within an HR Advisor, ER Advisor or Recruitment & HR Advisor position
*Strong employee relations experience with the confidence to manage cases independently
*Experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns
*Good understanding of UK employment law
*CIPD qualification or working towards qualification desirable
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*Experience working within a fast-paced environment
Job Offer
*Permanent Employee Relations And Recruitment Advisor position.
*Salary of £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on the level of experience.
*Hybrid working arrangements.
*25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
