Full job descriptionClaimant Personal Injury Solicitor/Fee Earner

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join its specialist claimant team.

Your role will involve managing a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated personal injury claims, including high-value and complex cases. Your responsibilities will include client meetings, court attendance, liaising with barristers and medical experts, drafting legal documents, valuing claims and negotiating settlements.

Requirements
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in claimant personal injury
*Experience handling litigated and pre-litigated claims, including high-value cases
*Knowledge of Conditional Fee Agreements and the MOJ Portal
*Strong billing history and commercial awareness
*Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills
