About the Practice and Role
Cleveland Terrace Dental Practice is looking for a Dental Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team on a permanent basis. Our busy five-surgery practice offers a wide range of general and specialist dentistry, including implants, endodontics and visiting specialist clinicians, giving you the opportunity to broaden your clinical experience and develop your skills.
We’re a team of perfectionists, overachievers, fun seekers and empathetic people, all working towards one goal: creating an exceptional dental experience for every patient. You’ll work alongside a variety of experienced clinicians, moving between surgeries rather than working with the same clinician every day. This means no two days are quite the same, with opportunities to gain valuable experience across different treatments and specialist areas.
With a supportive team, structured training and opportunities to undertake funded postgraduate qualifications, we’re committed to helping you build confidence, develop your clinical skills and progress your career in dentistry.
What We Offer
*Permanent position, four days per week.
*Tuesday to Friday, 8:25am–5:10pm.
*Annual GDC registration, indemnity and CPD funded.
*Competitive pay and pension.
*Paid day off for your birthday.
*Funded postgraduate qualifications and opportunities for career development.
Your Responsibilities
Working across our five surgeries, you’ll support a variety of clinicians and treatments, helping to maintain high standards of patient care and ensure the smooth running of the practice.
*Providing chairside support to dentists and visiting specialists.
*Preparing surgeries, instruments and equipment for treatments.
*Maintaining high standards of infection prevention and control.
*Taking part in the decontamination room rota.
*Keeping surgeries clean, organised and ready for patients.
*Reassuring patients and helping deliver a positive dental experience.
Our reception team is separate from the nursing team, allowing you to focus on your clinical responsibilities and patient care.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and professional, with a genuine commitment to patient care and maintaining high clinical standards.
You’ll ideally be:
*A qualified, GDC-registered Dental Nurse, or a trainee with recent chairside experience.
*A confident communicator who works well with patients and colleagues.
*Organised, dependable and comfortable in a busy practice.
*Committed to high standards of cleanliness and infection control.
*Keen to learn, develop and expand your clinical skills.
*Looking to build a long-term career within a supportive team.
If you’re looking for a permanent Dental Nurse position offering varied clinical experience, a supportive working environment and genuine opportunities to develop your career, we’d love to hear from you!
Envisage Dental is a certified B Corp and an inclusive equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate collaboration, transparency and diversity. We do not request or consider salary history during recruitment; compensation decisions are based on the requirements of the role, relevant skills and experience, and fair and equitable pay.
