What will you be doing?
*Building strong relationships with clients and candidates across the accountancy and legal sectors.
*Developing new business and winning recruitment opportunities.
*Sourcing, engaging and qualifying high-quality candidates.
*Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
*Negotiating offers and closing deals.
*Working towards targets, closing deals and maximising your commission.
