As HR Specialist you will be accountable for supporting the delivery of all central HR activities into a business function. Supporting the Business Partners and delivery across reward, talent & development, employee relations, culture & engagement, diversity & inclusion initiatives. Providing guidance to managers and employees while collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
*Supporting delivery of the functional people plans aligned to the broader people agenda.
*Support organisational design and change execution, including integration programmes and structural transitions.
*Support employment cost forecasting and budgeting
*Support employee relations cases, ensuring legal compliance and business continuity.
*Align cross-functional HR priorities, frameworks, and initiatives to enable consistent delivery and impact.
*Champion inclusive practices and cultural transformation.
*Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to embed consistent policies and frameworks.
*Support the execution of strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives.
Experience:
*Previous experience in a generalist HR role
*Knowledge of generalist HR.
*Understanding of relevant employment-related regulations and legislation.
