Ryan Allinson at Puro Associates is recruiting for an experienced Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a busy Commercial and Residential Property team in Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional with at least three years’ PQE or equivalent experience to manage a varied caseload covering both commercial and residential property matters. The role would suit someone with strong technical knowledge, particularly in landlord and tenant matters, who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking legal environment.
The RoleYou will handle a broad range of property matters, advising individuals, landlords, tenants, developers and investors. The position offers exposure to a mixture of transactions and property-related issues, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships and take responsibility for your own caseload.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing commercial and residential property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases, tenancy agreements and associated documentation.
*Advising landlords and tenants on property-related matters and disputes.
*Supporting property developers and investors with transactions and legal requirements.
*Undertaking due diligence and ensuring transactions progress efficiently.
*Providing clear, practical advice on property law and relevant regulations.
*Maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and other professional contacts.
*Managing files, deadlines and compliance requirements to a high standard.
About YouThe successful candidate will have at least three years’ PQE or equivalent experience in commercial and residential property law, with the ability to manage a varied caseload and deliver excellent client service.
Essential requirements:
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with relevant experience.
*Experience handling commercial and residential property matters, including leases and landlord and tenant work.
*Confidence managing transactions and property-related matters independently.
*Experience using case management systems, Laserforms and the Land Registry Portal.
*Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
*Good organisation and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
*A proactive, commercially aware and client-focused approach.
Desirable experience:
*Experience working within a firm holding CQS accreditation.
*Familiarity with InfoTrack.
*Experience dealing with high-value transactions or complex landlord and tenant matters.
*Knowledge of planning, property development or property finance.
