The Role
*Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students with a range of additional needs.
*Help students develop emotional regulation, communication, social skills, and confidence.
*Build positive, trusting relationships with students, offering consistent encouragement and reassurance.
*Support students in managing challenging behaviours and navigating emotional difficulties.
*Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN professionals to implement individualised support strategies.
