THE IDEAL HR MANAGER:
The HR Manager will be people focused, with proven experience as an HR Manager, or have worked in a similar HR leadership role, with strong knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Experience of working with and advising managers and senior leaders.

*Previous Payroll experience would be ideal, as this will sit within the HR manager’s remit.
CIPD qualification or equivalent is essential, as is experience of working within a fast-paced or growing organisation.
The ideal HR Manager will be approachable, supportive and people-focused, but also commercially aware and confident making decisions and working with colleagues, to get the best out of their teams and individuals across the business.
You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities and providing practical HR solutions across the business.
