What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing a varied caseload of probate, estate administration, wills, trusts and LPAs
*Handling probate applications, inheritance tax matters and HMRC submissions
*Advising clients on complex estate administration and succession matters
About You
*Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with relevant Private Client experience
*Strong technical knowledge of probate and estate administration
*Confident managing your own caseload independently
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills
*Organised, proactive and keen to develop your career
