Paralegal with Conveyancing Experience
Beaconsfield | Up to £42,000 depending on experience | Office-based | Close to the station
Experience in conveyancing? You don’t need to have handled the whole process to join this lovely team.
Whether you’re a Conveyancing Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Conveyancing Secretary, we’d love to hear from you. You may have supported transactions from start to finish, or your experience may cover particular stages of the process.
What matters is that you bring relevant conveyancing experience, good organisation and a friendly, helpful approach to clients and colleagues.
Why is this opportunity available?
Quite simply, clients keep recommending this firm.
Our client is a small law firm in Beaconsfield whose excellent local reputation for client care has led to a substantial increase in business. They are now growing their conveyancing team to keep delivering the personal service that clients value.
You’ll join lovely people in attractive offices, very close to the station, with a sociable team who enjoy working together and appreciate a sense of humour.
What will You Be Doing?
You’ll help the team progress residential property transactions, with responsibilities shaped around your existing experience. The caseload is approximately 25 cases per month.
Depending on your background, your work could include:
*Keeping clients updated and answering day-to-day queries.
*Liaising with estate agents, solicitors and lenders.
*Preparing documents, updating files and keeping information organised.
*Supporting searches, enquiries and other stages of a transaction.
*Helping with exchange, completion and post-completion administration.
You don’t need to tick every box
We welcome applications from people with experience in all or part of the residential conveyancing process. You do not need to have managed your own caseload or worked under a particular job title.
You will need to be organised, accurate and comfortable communicating with people. Above all, you’ll care about giving clients a good experience during what can be a stressful time.
What’s on Offer?
*Salary up to £42,000, depending on your relevant experience.
*Lovely offices in Beaconsfield, very close to the station.
*A friendly, fun team and a welcoming working environment - great socials!
*An opportunity created by growing client demand and an excellent local reputation.
This is an office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys having colleagues around them and being part of a team.
Interested? We can’t wait to hear all about you!
Send your CV to Better People Ltd. If your conveyancing experience covers only part of the process, please still apply—we’re interested in the experience you can bring.
