We’re recruiting an experienced Heating Engineer to join an established team covering the Lincoln area, carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on domestic heating and hot water systems.#
The Role
*Service, maintain and repair domestic heating and hot water systems.
*Work across a range of residential properties.
*Deliver excellent customer service to residents and clients.
*Complete job reports and paperwork accurately.
*Follow all relevant health, safety and compliance requirements.
*Participate in an evening and weekend out-of-hours rota.
What We’re Looking For
*Essential gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1.
*Experience servicing and repairing domestic heating systems.
*A professional, customer-focused approach.
*Good communication and organisational skills.
Working Hours & Package
*Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours per week, including a daily unpaid lunch break).
*£42,000 annual salary.
*Company van and fuel card.
*Evening and weekend call-out rota.
